Charles Hart kills brother William

Merced, Cala., Jan 8.-  News was brought here today that William Hart was shot by his brother Charles while riding along the Mariposa road, near Mariposa yesterday afternoon.  Death resulted in a few minutes.  A quarrel of over a year's standing was the cause of the fratricide.  The murderer fled, and up to the present time has not been captured.
